The Chef, Gonzalo Pineiro, offers a traditional cuisine, with a mix of gastronomy and creativity. By the seasons, the French cuisine is highlighted though fresh products. The Chef choses his ingredients in local suppliers. The Sommelier is here to enhance your dishes by advising you about the 300 wines available in the restaurant cellar.
